TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Our Terms and Conditions of Sale are very straightforward and do not affect your statutory rights. All claims will be settled under English law.

 

 

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you experience a problem with any of our products then please call the following number ,  

7 days a week and we will note your concerns and take any necessary steps  to put things right.

 

 

Postage

 

TV Remote Control Baskets and Cable Orders delivered to a UK address are posted via Royal Mail, 2nd class post and should arrive within 2 to 4 working days from receipt of payment, excluding Bank Holidays and Weekends.

Overseas orders will be sent using either Royal Mail International Standard Service, or alternatively, a nominated international courier.

The Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and other off shore regions of the British Isles may experience delays caused by service limitations dictated by either weather conditions or by Royal Mail themselves.

Damaged items should be reported within 3 working days after receipt of goods for a full refund or replacement.

 

Finally, we do not add a margin to our postal charges and the costs reflect the current charges made by Royal Mail, and other carriers at the time of processing your order.

 

All goods remain the property of Flex-Lock until paid for in full.

 

VAT: Vat is  not applicable to either our products nor to postage.

 

Returns

 

We are happy to accept returns using the following guidelines: If you have ordered an item in error and wish to return it, we are happy to accept goods that have not been damaged. However, under these circumstances, the customer will be responsible for return postage. Upon receipt of the item, we will refund the cost of the item via Pay Pal or arrange to ship an alternative product. This will be subject to the returned items value being equal to the original purchase price. If not, we would request the difference, plus postage costs to be paid via Pay Pal  prior to dispatch.

If an item is damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days and we will be happy to do one of the following.

Send a free of charge replacement. You may keep the damaged item if you wish.

Offer a full refund of the purchase price plus postage, again, you may keep the item if you wish.

 

 

Warning! Choking Hazard

 

Care must be taken to ensure that Curly Cables are not positioned in locations where they could represent a choking hazard. It is the users responsibility to supervise the safe use of our products and we will not be held liable for death or injury or any other claim associated with  the use of any of our products, how so ever caused.

 

 In order to minimize these risks, the Curly Cables used can be cut in an emergency, using a pair of scissors.
